Leadership – Managing Partner

The Managing Partner, ‘Gbenga Adekoya a seasoned engineering executive, holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering and brings over 25 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry. His career spans the full project lifecycle—including design, production, estimation, procurement, field operations, and project management—across a wide range of sectors.

He is a Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a LEED Accredited Professional (Building Design + Construction), reflecting a strong foundation in technical excellence, sustainable practices, and disciplined project execution. A member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and former Director of Professional Development for the PMI Maine Chapter, he is a recognized advocate for professional growth and industry advancement.

In addition to his professional practice, he serves as an adjunct professor of Project Management at The Roux Institute, Northeastern University in Portland, Maine—bridging industry and academia to help shape the next generation of project leaders. His leadership and expertise are central to the firm’s mission of delivering high-impact solutions—independently or in partnership—across engineering, construction, education, and consulting.
